In a Gartner report that covers the wider IT world, spending growth is expected in 2010, but not as much as was originally expected due to on-going exchange rate pressures and reductions in public-sector spending.
Telco IT spending is expected to grow by 3.4% in 2010, after a drop of -3.5% last year.
