NetCracker! Does! OSS! Transformation!
NetCracker has announced that Wow!, a US cable operator, has selected them deliver an OSS transformation program that will streamline network operations, and enhance service fulfilment processes.
This project expands on an existing relationship with NetCracker as Wow!’s (is that how you write it?) primary billing and customer data management provider. As part of this expanded agreement, NetCracker will provide its NetCracker 9.0 network resource inventory, network design and planning capabilities.
