MYCOM acquires OSI

The first big day at TM Forum Live! started with an announcement of an acquisition: MYCOM software business, the leading independent provider of carrier-grade Service and Network Performance solutions, announced that it has acquired OSI, a leading Fault Management and Service Impact provider, to extend and enhance its market leading Service Assurance product portfolio for Communications Service Providers (CSPs).

The acquisition brings together two well established businesses in adjacent sectors of the Telecom OSS Service Assurance market: MYCOM provides end-to-end multi-domain service and network performance management, and OSI provides umbrella fault and service impact management.
