NetCracker Technology and NEC Corporation announced today that SingTel has selected them to transform the backend systems for its enterprise customers. The solution will automate and enhance SingTel’s end-to-end service fulfillment processes to enable its Group Enterprise to bring new products and services bundles to the market more swiftly.
SingTel, based in Singapore, is Asia’s leading digital multimedia and solutions group and among the world’s largest fixed-line and mobile operators. SingTel’s Group Enterprise provides fixed-line, mobile and data connectivity services; cloud applications; and enterprise mobility capabilities for small, medium and large business and government customers across Asia.
