Auris, a Cima Group company, has announced the successful restructuring of their business, allowing them to immediately compete with some of the global giants in the OSS/BSS market.
“2015 was an important year in which we took the opportunity to enhance, bolster and fine-tune our infrastructure with specific actions to significantly increase investment in our call capacity, enhance our geographic redundancy, and streamline call processing,” explained Bill Gunther, Chief Technology Officer for Auris and Vice President of Development for Cima Group. “I am very proud of the tremendous effort by our Development and Operations teams in the execution of this large-scale initiative”.
With key strategic investments in equipment and major upgrades to the core of the platform architecture, the Auris team has been able to complete its objectives. They will continue to provide smooth, reliable call processing while accommodating significant increases in call volume.
“We are confident that these changes to our platform and business will allow us to continue to appeal to and sign on additional premier Tier 1 clients,” stated Conrad D’Souza, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President for Cima Group.
In addition, Auris has leveraged 14 years of experience to provide managed and professional services by seasoned experts who will work closely with clients to create roadmaps for the success of their businesses. Auris is providing managed services to one of the top Mobile Virtual Network Operators in the world. As a result of their consulting work, this particular client has seen an increase in traffic of 25% in 2015 alone and has witnessed further growth in just the past two months of this year.
“Through the combination of our platform and our managed services, we are enabling our customers to generate dramatic growth through providing value added and application services,” explained Mr. D’Souza, adding, “All clients can benefit from our managed and professional services ranging from dispute resolutions, CDR reconciliations, engineering support, and vendor rate management, which will minimize profit-loss for our clients.”
