DonRiver, a global OSS product and management consulting services company, has announced it has been awarded a multi-phased OSS inventory virtualization and abstraction program from one of the world’s largest Communication Service Providers.
The program will involve DonRiver implementing its flagship product, DonRiver Fusion, to federate traditional network and service inventory from the CSPs numerous COTS inventory and homegrown systems. When deployed, DonRiver Fusion is expected to save the CSP millions of dollars as a result of streamlining service assurance operations, providing innovative end to end service visualization, offering simplified search and reporting, providing network and service impact and more.

Phase 1 of the program is expected to be complete in Q4 2016. While phase 2 of the program is still being planned – it’s expected to include additional DonRiver products to support federated design and provisioning, network discovery and synchronization and automated network routing.
