TMF have put up the keynote videos for this year’s TMW show on t’internet, so I recommend you watch (or re-watch) Rory Sutherland’s gig. Probably the most entertaining of the key-notes, but also the most interesting perspective: Customer behavior, revenue opportunities and squid pornography. It’s all there.
