I’m jolly excited to be heading to Informa’s Telco Big Data and Real Time Analytics Summit next week.
It says here:

It’s a trade show. There will be hype. But I actually think of all the hot topics of the last couple of years, Big Data is the most interesting and one the most likely to have a signifcant impact on the OSS industry.
What I will be looking forward to finding out is if anyone else is considering Big Data analytics for the network, or will it mostly be revenue assurance and customer relationship management? We will see…
