Cincinnati Bell and NetCracker Extend Working Relationship

NetCracker Technology announced today that Cincinnati Bell will extend its professional service and data center hosting agreement with NetCracker through the year 2020 in order to ensure a steady cost structure for key processing, support functions and applications development for its mission-critical IT systems and infrastructure.

Cincinnati Bell provides integrated communications solutions including local and long-distance voice, data, high-speed internet, entertainment and wireless services.

Extending its agreement with NetCracker provides Cincinnati Bell with a stable platform and proven support and development services to enable it to focus on building out new business segments, such as its Fioptics fiber optic voice, video and Internet services.

NetCracker currently provides managed services for a range of mission critical IT functions and applications. These include NetCracker’s BSS and a broad range of third-party platforms and applications in OSS, BSS, Engineering and Operations functions for Cincinnati Bell, such as CRIS, CABS, PICS, TIRKS, and MacroCell.
