NetCracker Technology has announced that Hub One, information and communications technology service provider for businesses, has deployed components of the NetCracker 9 solution suite.
Hub One provides solutions that combine the businesses of fixed, radio and mobile telecom operator and integrator of mobile and traceability solutions on a national scale. In this role, Hub One addresses telecommunication requirements from Paris’ three major airports (Paris-Charles de Gaulle, Paris-Orly, and Paris-Le Bourget) thanks to which all businesses and Government agencies operate: air traffic control, safety radios and security, baggage handling, stores, airlines and their assistances, public WiFi, etc.
“The choice of NetCracker’s feature-rich solution will enable our company to move forward confidently with our plan to improve network control, accelerate service delivery and enhance customer experience,” said Patrice Bélie, General Manager at Hub One. “NetCracker has once again demonstrated the quality of its solutions as well as the skill of its professional services teams.”
Hub One’s diverse customer base includes consumers as well as a broad range of enterprises, underlining its need to customize communications solutions for each unique end-user. As a result of deploying NetCracker 9’s Resource Inventory, Service Inventory, Service Information Management and Service Order Management solutions, Hub One has created a standardized OSS suite that will enable it to deploy a new generation of advanced services rapidly, seamlessly and personalized to the requirements of each customer segment. The NetCracker OSS solutions enable Hub One to simplify day-to-day network topology changes and to create and tailor services through new service catalog capabilities.
As a part of this program, NetCracker provided professional services to facilitate data migration and replace Hub One’s legacy network inventory system. NetCracker also provided solution implementation services and integrated the NetCracker OSS solutions with Hub One’s CRM, fault management and mobile field operations applications.
“Hub One’s unique business model provided an ideal opportunity for NetCracker to demonstrate the strength and flexibility of our solutions as well as the dedication and unmatched quality of our Solution Delivery organization,” said Sylvain Seignour, Vice President Global Sales at NetCracker. “It is a privilege to support Hub One as it serves its customers with advanced and highly tailored communications solutions.”
