Tata Communications has announced the acquisition of the Netherlands mobility and Internet of Things (IoT) specialist company Teleena.
“Sources claim that the recent acquisition will further advance Tata’s MOVE platform by enabling access to Teleena’s technology portfolio, including its OSS/BSS solution, mobile virtual network enabler (MVNE) platform, and its know-how of mobility and the IoT industry.”
Tata Communications previously held a 35% stake in Teleena.
